My girlfriends came over this weekend for a little DIY action! Always the hostess, I offered antipasti skewers to snack on while we worked on our project. Read more about that here and check out the Antipasti Skewer recipe below!
What You’ll Need:
- Small Mozzarella alls
- Fresh basil
- Prosciutto, folded into little squares
- Cherry tomatoes
- Skewers (we repurposed drink stirrers- those flamingos were too cute!)
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil- make sure to get all the sand out of the basil. Pierce a skewer through your ingredients in the following order: prosciutto, basil, Mozzarella, basil, cherry tomato. Serve on a long platter and enjoy!
