Goat Cheese Logs- 3 Ways

Jazz up your store-bought goat cheese logs with these 3 simple recipes! Serve them along side New York Style Pita® Chips (c/o).

Figs, Pistachio, and Cranberry

What You'll Need:

  • 1 (8-11 oz.) package of goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp. fig spread
  • 1/3 cup pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped

Directions:

Place goat cheese on shallow plate and brush g spread over goat cheese. Combine pistachios and cranberries and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pistachio mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated.


Chipotle Honey & Pepitos

What You'll Need:

  • 1 (8-11 oz.) package of goat cheese
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp. ground chipotle chili powder
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds/pepitos, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

Combine honey and chipotle chili powder. Place goat cheese on shallow plate and drizzle honey mixture over goat cheese. Combine pepitos and cilantro and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pepitos mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated.


Pesto, Pine Nuts, & Sundried Tomatoes

What You'll Need:

  • 1 (8-11 oz.) package of goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp pesto (use our recipe or purchase it in store)
  • 1/3 cup pine (Pignoli) nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, coarsely chopped

Directions:

Place goat cheese on shallow plate and brush pesto over goat cheese. Combine pine nuts and tomatoes and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pine nut mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated.
